Hunting Association “Jarebica” with its headquarters in Kula, manages the hunting grounds “Great Bački Canal – North” with an area of 14,092.15 ha and “Great Bački Canal – South” with an area of 18,413.25 ha, which is a total of 32,505.40 ha.
Hunting association “Jarebica” has about 400 active members.
Permanently bred game species in the hunting ground are roe deer, rabbit, pheasant and partridge.
The hunting grounds “Great Bački Canal” North and South have the following hunting facilities: 20 deer stands, 38 feeding grounds for deer, 38 salt lick places, one watering place, 128 feeding grounds for pheasants and partridges and 9 shelters for pheasants with a total area of 5 ha.
The professional service has a hunting ground manager (He possesses 7th degree of vocational education).
Hunting tourism is very developed, especially developed are spring roe deer hunting, summer hunting of quail, turtle doves, Eurasian collared dove and wood pigeons.
